Shift Employment

SHIFT Employment is a temporary staffing and recruitment agency formed by nurses for nurses to provide flexible high quality staffing solutions to healthcare organisations.  We provide  temporary and permanent Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to both public (NHS)  and private sector healthcare organisations.

Our job is to place high quality, competent nurses and healthcare support staff in a variety of  care settings including patients’ own homes.  Our quality assurance processes takes into account the views and comments of our clients  and a total commitment to continuous quality improvement based on those views

Here at SHIFT we predict that there is going to be a shortage of nurses due to Brexit as nurses from the European continent may not commit to working in the UK.

This increase in demand coupled with a short supply of nurses will push the cost of the supply of temporary nurses up.  We therefore encourage our clients to protect themselves from these harsh conditions by signing up Service Level Agreement at current rates.

We take requests for staff at anytime and place staff anywhere where the clients require them.  Unlike others we do not select only those easy to fill assignments but thrive on the challenge of fulfilling even the most complex of clients’ requirements
